James is a specialist solicitor at SEN Legal representing parents and carers in the SEND Tribunal in appeals against the contents of EHC Plans, refusal to issue EHC Plans, refusal to carry out EHC Needs Assessments, Cease to Maintain and Disability Discrimination Claims.
