Our Membership Explained
Supported Membership – £20 per month | £200 per year
Our Supported Membership is designed for families who need regular, hands-on support for one child. This includes:
- Ongoing support from a named Development Worker
- Help understanding SEND processes and your rights
- Guidance with communication, meetings, and next steps
- Support throughout your journey to secure appropriate provision
Each family receives an annual review to make sure this level of support is still right for them. There will be additional fees for some services including mediation and tribunals
Family Add-On – An extra £10 per month | £100 per year per child
Only available for families who already have a ‘Supported Membership’ If the family has more than one child who needs support, each additional child can be included for £10 per month or £100 per year per child.
Staying Connected – £10 per month | £100 per year
This option is only for families who have completed a period of more intensive support but would still value occasional access to their Development Worker. This includes:
- Continued access to their named Development Worker
- Advice via phone or email for smaller queries
- Reduced rates for any further, more in-depth work
This option may be offered at an annual review or when a piece of work comes to an end. This membership applies to the whole family – but each additional piece of work will be paid separately for each child it is required for.
